Returns policy

Returns, Credits, Refunds, Repairs, and Warranty:

Viper Protection & SPY considers and treats any item returned to us for any reason as a return.

This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned due to no signer or any other reason. We are not responsible for any shipper’s error or errors made by the customer while completing checkout information at time of purchase.
Most products are returnable within 7 days of the date that the customer receives the product. (See products that you cannot return under the RMA page at the footer of this site).

The customer must request RMA # via the RMA-page on the footer of this site within 7 days of delivery. If after 7 days we have not received a completed RMA request, the sale is considered final.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number or they will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

Again, to request an RMA please go to the RMA—Page and fill out the information; plus read all the instructions therein within 7 days of delivery of item.

When we email you the RMA Request Number, you will receive instructions on where and how to return the product to us for processing. All returns must have the RMA # clearly stick on the outside of the package (Do not use Permanent Marker on our shipping box or Package).

All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days only.

All returned products must be in their original condition, with all original materials including all packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap.

We must receive your item back within 14 days of the date when the item was originally received by the customer. Please allow us up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return to process a credit refund based on the condition of the item.

Merchandise returned with missing items are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

The first 7 Days from the date of delivery:

Viper Protection offers the following options during the first 7 days from the date of delivery. We cannot allow returns for credit or refunds after this period:

•    Return for Credit: Receive a 100% in-store credit of the total sale price not including shipping which can be used towards the purchase of any items we offer.
•    Replacement: We offer replacement of any defective or non-operational item purchased. When we receive the item we will ship a new item back to you. Please make sure you follow the packaging and RMA guidelines below.
•    Return for Refund: Receive a refund of the total sale price minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. This policy is firm. Please do not purchase from this site if you do not accept the refund limitations.
•    Up-Grades: If you find the item purchased is not the right item for the job. You can return it for a 100% in-store credit which you can use towards the purchase of other products we offer.


Advanced Replacements:

During the first 7 days from the delivery date, if you cannot wait for an item to be replaced or repaired, we offer the option to purchase a new item and have it shipped directly to you.

Once we receive the old item back we will issue a full refund including shipping for the item. Please note, to receive a full refund the item must be received in the packaging it was shipped in and must include all supporting manuals, document and parts.

Partial or incomplete products returned will be charged a 50% restocking fee---NO EXCEPTIONS!!

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item is returned complete. It is also the customer’s responsibility to properly package the item and return themundamaged.

Therefore we highly recommend insuring the item for shipping. The customer will be charged for damaged equipment or No Refund at all!!

After the 7 days from the delivery date the Warranty policies and procedures apply. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Warranty:

After this period of 7 days of delivery, the Manufacturer’s Warranty policies will apply. This is when the customer will ship the product(s) directly to the manufacturer with our help and guidance.

We will provide you with a unique CODE Number to make your return to the Manufacturer as easy as possible—Guaranteed!!
